The Most Elite Organic Hemp-Based Products

If you want to differentiate from your competitors the best way to do that is to see where they are and significantly raise the quality at each step of the process. As you can image that is exactly what we have done at Bionic Butterfly.

Not all hemp is created equal, which means not all CBD is the same either. The formula for greatness is simple, set a strong standard and meet or exceed those standards at all times. This would include raw ingredients, staffing, partnerships, equipment and of course procedures. We refuse to work with anyone whose standards don’t match our own.

In order to achieve our goal of creating the world’s best organic full spectrum CBD products, We were very specific on choosing our strategic partners. 1 partner was a friend of 15 years who runs a $ Multi-Billion dollar operation that spans dozens of countries. He brought to the table a company that he invested in heavily that just so happens to be the largest grower, manufacturer and distributor of hemp-derived phytocannabinoids in the United States. This 2nd partner makes the raw hemp compounds we use as a base for all our products.

The net result is a hemp / cbd super team that consists of some of the world’s most talented chemists, scientist, formulators and hemp industry legends. When these experts collaborate with our world class marketing team, true magic is the end result. We end up with fantastic hemp extracts that are consistently touted as some of the more pure and powerful.

Below is a detailed overview of our proprietary and unmatched GMP Certified process that makes our products best in class.

How we make the highest quality CBD products available

Bionic’s 7-step Process For The Highest Quality CBD

Step 1: Organic Farming

Every product we create starts with our natural proprietary strains of phytocannabinoid-rich hemp. All of the hemp we use is grown in nutrient-rich soil in Colorado. Our farmers operate under strict guidelines and use only 100% organic practices.

We take advantage of a state-of-the-art farming process. Not only does this enhance the quality of our natural proprietary strains, but it also makes sure our products are safe, regulated and unsurpassed in their potency and consistency.

Step 2: Raw Hemp Processing

The plants we use are dried and warehoused after they are harvested. When we need a plant for production, it is milled into a coarse powder.

The milling process adheres to the highest quality standards in the industry.Once processed, it is shipped to our processing and manufacturing facility here in Colorado.

Step 3: Proprietary Extraction and Solids Separation

We use a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process. This makes sure that all of hemp’s beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes, terpenoids and flavonoids are preserved.

It also gets rid of unwanted compounds while preventing natural molecules from degrading. The result? The highest quality full spectrum hemp oil available.

Every drop of our phytocannabinoid rich (PCR) hemp oil contains 112 cannabinoids, including CBD, CBDA, CBG, CBN, CBC and THCA. You will also find a variety of naturally occurring terpenes and flavonoids.

What this means for you is that Bionic Butterflies’ products contain a full spectrum of beneficial natural compounds.

While CBD on its own offers many health benefits, a growing body of research has found that a full spectrum product (a product containing other naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes derived from hemp) leads to multiplying benefits.

This is called the “Bionic Butterfly” Entourage Effect. But the process isn’t quite done. Once extracted, the oil is then pressed to separate most of the oil from the plant solids.

Step 4: Distillation

The oil is then distilled to separate the hemp extract from the food grade ethanol used in the extraction process. In fact, we are one of the few facilities in the world that use this food grade ethanol.

CBD OIL NO THC | THC Free | Zero THC

Step 5: THC Removal and Refining

One of the most important steps in the process is to remove even the most minute traces of THC. THC is the compound found in hemp and cannabis that produces the “high” associated with the plant.

We use a proprietary technology to remove unwanted compounds still present in the oil. These compounds include wax, chlorophyll, plant pigments and trace amounts of THC. It is then “washed” and “polished” to create the highest quality, zero THC, full spectrum CBD oil available.

Because our products are 100% THC free, we can ship them across state lines and to most countries around the world.

Step 6: In House and Third-Party Lab Testing

We test every production run for quality and potency. This makes sure that all of the cannabinoids, terpenes, essential fatty acids and phytonutrients are consistent and pure.

Every batch goes through rigorous testing in our in-house laboratory. When the batch passes, it receives a Certificate of Analysis and a Certificate of Quality Assurance that we make available to our customers.

CBD Oil Nano Technology

Step 7: Our Proprietary Super Nano Technology

To increase effectiveness we put many of our products through another processing step. We put our raw hemp oil  through a proprietary process that transforms it into tiny nano-sized emulsions. This now makes it the most bioavailable full spectrum CBD in the industry.

Our competitor’s hemp oil particles range between 150 – 5000 nanometers in size. Our particles are only 25-60. This small size gives them better bioavailability, which greatly increases absorption.

This nanoemulsion process can make our formulas 5 times more bioavailable than regular oil-based products. It also makes it 4X more bioavailable than other water-soluble hemp-based oils.

What does all of this mean for you? You can use less of our product to achieve the same level of benefit as the products sold by most of our competitors. We think that’s a reason to celebrate.

We are talking Better value, Better products and for our customers = better results. Hopefully you are starting to understand when we said, not all hemp is created equal, and the same goes for CBD products.
