We issue refunds for our products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
We will gladly replace any broken or defective products that you receive from orders placed directly on our website. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving our products. If we are unable to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, we will gladly send you a refund to the card used to make the purchase.

We will also require Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID#) and any unused potion of the product. Refunds for NON-defective products will be for the cost of goods only and not shipping if any.
